Carbon Fiber

Ultra Durable | Ultra Light

The solution for the future.

The Carbon Fiber AH represents a significant leap forward in helicopter weaponry systems, developed through over 27 years of combat experience and direct feedback from operators, including the elite 160th SOAR. This innovative system delivers enhanced performance while achieving a remarkable 25% weight reduction compared to its predecessors. By incorporating advanced materials technology, the Carbon Fiber AH embodies the perfect balance of battle-tested reliability and cutting-edge design.

At the core of this system's superiority is its carbon fiber construction, which offers a multitude of benefits crucial for modern combat operations. The material provides an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio, ensuring durability without compromising aircraft maneuverability. Its inherent corrosion resistance extends the system's operational life in diverse and challenging environments. The carbon fiber structure also boasts improved repairability, minimizing downtime in the field. Additional advantages include low moisture absorption, enhanced UV resistance, and increased impact resistance, all contributing to the system's overall robustness and longevity. Moreover, recent advancements in carbon fiber technology have allowed for reduced material costs, making the Carbon Fiber AH a cost-effective solution for high-performance weaponry systems that demand peak efficiency and reliability in critical missions.

Upgraded Outboards

Our Upgraded Outboards, developed in collaboration with Alkan, offer enhanced performance and versatility. These lightweight jettison racks feature improved maintenance, relocated connectors for better protection, and quick-disconnect pins for easy installation. An optional 6-inch extension accommodates wider weapon payloads, replacing the previous "long" and "short" outboard variants.

Ultra Light M134 Mount

The Ultra Light M134 mount offers unparalleled ease of use and versatility. With its quick-release, tool-less design, the M134 can be installed in under 10 seconds. The mount features a tapered slot that guides gun studs into place, while a bump stop on the aft ball mount ensures automatic alignment. Secure locking is achieved through ratcheting latch handles. Available in both fixed and boresightable configurations, this mount combines rapid deployment with precision.

Magazine Skis

The innovative magazine rail system ensures swift and secure reloading in the field. Featuring low-friction Ultra High Molecular Weight (UHMW) skis, the magazine effortlessly slides into its stowed position. The rail's "funnel" shape guides the magazine precisely into place, facilitating quick reloads even in challenging conditions. Once positioned, the magazine automatically locks securely, ensuring reliability during operations.
