The Legacy AH is a cutting-edge weaponry system designed for "Little Bird" helicopter frames, meeting the demanding requirements of various government agencies, including the US Army 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (SOAR), since 1987. This versatile system boasts an impressive magazine capacity of up to 12,000 rounds of 7.62mm or 2,400 rounds of .50 cal ammunition, while its remarkable strength-to-weight ratio allows it to support 30 times its own weight, significantly enhancing the aircraft's fuel and firepower capacity.
Engineered for efficiency and durability, the Legacy AH features outboard stores that fold over the center section, enabling dense packing scenarios. Its aluminum honeycomb construction provides exceptional strength while maintaining a lightweight profile. The system's rapid installation, reconfiguration, and removal capabilities, coupled with its ability to withstand multiple .50 cal bullet impacts without compromising structural integrity, make the Legacy AH an invaluable asset for high-stakes military operations where reliability and performance are paramount.
Upgraded Outboards
Our Upgraded Outboards, developed in collaboration with Alkan, offer enhanced performance and versatility. These lightweight jettison racks feature improved maintenance, relocated connectors for better protection, and quick-disconnect pins for easy installation. An optional 6-inch extension accommodates wider weapon payloads, replacing the previous "long" and "short" outboard variants.
M134 Mount
Quick Install & Boresightable
The M134 mount offers unparalleled ease of use and versatility. With its quick-release, tool-less design, the M134 can be installed in under 10 seconds. The mount features a tapered slot that guides gun studs into place, while a bump stop on the aft ball mount ensures automatic alignment. Secure locking is achieved through a rotating latch.
Quad Mag Rail
The Legacy AH can fit up to 4 fully loaded magazines, totaling 12,000 rounds of 7.62mm or 2,400 rounds of .50 cal when daisy-chained.
